Free Software and Documentation for Analysis and Control for Haptic Teleoperation

Haptics and Teleoperation

Haptics means the sense of touch. Teleoperation is remote controlled robots. Haptic Teleoperation means that you can control a remote robot and feel (some) interaction forces from the real remote environment. This is useful for e.g. surgery, space and underwater operations.
